Whether smart cities, companies or public services: they all have the challenge of becoming or remaining innovative. They must be able to react rapidly to changes in their competitive environment and make the right decisions quickly. An important success factor for good decisions is a broadly supported opinion, which is developed, determined and supported transparently through the participation of all stakeholders and the inclusion of innovative ideas.

«CitizenTalk» conducts this discourse digitally, involves stakeholders as idea providers and problem solvers, and at the same time revolutionises decision-making in an organisation. The app motivates civil society, citizens, employees and every other community member in the role of an innovator for collaborative and interactive co-creation in decision-making, strategy and planning processes through inclusion and participation.

The app creates a culture of innovation at eye level through hierarchy-free and uninfluenceable opinion-forming, while mobilising the full creative and implementation power of all stakeholders.
